Lt. Raney has served citizens for more than 25 years. His successful graduation from Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff. He enjoys Photography. Traveling over the world and movie film events. He has been a fantastic officer and friend to the Alsip people. His retirement is well earned and his career is inspiring.
